To manage and operate the required subsection of the TGSS division that’s been allocated. The role will be heavy on day-to-day responsibilities such as meeting customers, whilst fulfilling all the Company procedures and requirements the role demands such as admin tasks, invoicing, site visits, dealing with security staff issues, mobile & remote working as required to ensure they are part of the successful management team helping achieve the company's mission and goals. TGSS coordinators are the bridge between the management team and the site teams are a key part of the day-to-day security operation and management structure. and produce an outstanding customer service.

- Manage financial elements as directed buy wider operations team plus provide support for site-based staff if have financial queries.
- Support and participate in the development and implementation of departmental goals and objectives.
- Respond to queries efficiently within a timely manner as per KPI, SLA, SOP’s

- Maintain high standard levels while on road with TGSS vehicles and adhere with UAE driving rules and regulations.
- Supports the daily activities of the Operations Center assuring the highest levels of response times and customer service are achieved.
- Responsible Bu specific trackers, Admin elements and day to day requirements such as T&A, Payroll, Equipment Audit Trackers etc.
- Meets all requests within the agreed timescale.
- Interface regularly with the SOC; Supports the management and control processes for all operational areas, e.g. The auditing of contract performance on site.
- Highlight any issues and assist in rectifying them within a specified time period liaising with SOC and contract management team; Help ensure that expected standards are adhered to at all times.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of all procedures involving Operational areas; Assist in implementing and maintaining all required administrative procedures and policies in line with divisional needs.
- Oversee the work carried out by the site team ensuring that all client requirements are being met; Conduct TBT at sites and ensure this has been carried out by the supervisor /Senior supervisor.
- Ensure all records relating to disciplinary action and Incident reports are collated and referenced.
- Support and participate in the development and implementation of departmental goals and objectives.
- Report up or down streak any site-specific improvements as directed or indeed suggested
- Continuous Improvement initiatives are met + CI targets achieved
- Selection Criteria
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Security Services experience
- Must hold UAE Driving license
