Job Vacancies At Nsimbo District

The Executive Director of Nsimbo District Council has received approval for new Jobs

for the tenure of the year 2023/2024 from the Secretary General Office of the President Management of

Public Service and Good Governance with Ref.No.FA.97/288/01/09 dated

25/06/2024. Thus, he welcomes job applications from Tanzanians with the qualifications to fill them

the following positions:

1.0 VILLAGE EXECUTIVE GRADE III – POSITION (08)

1.1 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

i. Issues Officer and Chief Executive of the Village government;

ii. To manage the protection and safety of citizens and their property, to be a peacekeeper

and the manager of good governance in the Village;

iii. Coordinating and managing the planning of Village development plans;

iv. Secretary of all meetings and committees of the village Council;

v. Interpreting and Administering Policies, Laws and Procedures;

v. Prepare information on the implementation of work in his area and motivate

citizens in preparing and implementing strategies to eliminate hunger, poverty and

increase wealth production;

vii. The leader of the heads of professional units in the village;

viii. Manage, collect and store all records and documents of the village;

ix. Chairman of the meeting of experts present in the village;

x. Receive, listen and resolve citizens' complaints and disputes;

xi. Supervising the formulation of village Bylaws; and

xii. He will be responsible to the Chief Executive of the Ward.

xiii. Along with other tasks that will be assigned to you by your employer.

1.1.2 EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must have Form IV or Form Six

Graduated with a diploma/certificate in one of the following fields: Administration, Law, Education

Society, Financial Management, Social Development and Arts science from the College

Local Government Hombolo or any College recognized by the Government.

1.1.3 SALARY LEVEL

Considering the levels of Government salaries ie TGS B

1.2 CLASS II DRIVER (05 POSITIONS)

1.2.1 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF CLASS II DRIVER

i. Checking the car before and after the trip to determine the safety of

cars;

ii. Sending employees on business trips;

iii. Doing minor car repairs;

iv. Collecting and distributing various documents;

v. Filling and keeping information of all trips in the trip book; and

v. Cleaning the car.

1.2.2 EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS.

Must have graduated from Form Four (IV) or Form Six (Form Six), Must have a Class license

la C or E for driving a vehicle that he has worked for at least a year

one without causing an accident. Must have attended basic operational training

cars (Basic Driving Course) offered by VETA or NIT or another College

recognized by the Government.

2.2.3 SALARY LEVEL

Based on the levels of Government salaries ie TGS B

1.3 MEMORY ASSISTANT GRADE II (03 POSITIONS)

1.3.1 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

i. List the letters that enter the Registry

in the register (incoming correspondence register);

ii. To list letters that come from outside the Institute (outgoing

correspondence register);

iii. Distributing files to the Executives (action officers);

iv. Receiving files for Executives (action officers);

v. Receiving files that return to the registry from Executives;

v. Returning the files to the net/cabinet

files (racks/filling cabinets) or elsewhere

when stored; and

vii. Monitoring the circulation of files within the Institute (file

tracking).

1.3.2 EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS.

He must have graduated from Fourth Form (IV) or Sixth Form (VI).

Have a Certificate (NTA level 6) in the field of Records from Universities

recognized by Serikai, computer literate.

 3.2.1 SALARY LEVEL

 Considering the levels of Government salaries ie TGS C

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR APPLICANTS

i. All applicants must be Tanzanian Citizens and aged from 18 years

and no more than 45 years old except for those who are working in the Government;

(referees) three reliable;

v. All applications must be accompanied by Education and Professional certificates verified by

Lawyer/Attorney who are certificates of Form Four or Six for those
