Overview of the role
Are you an experienced Sales Manager ready for a new challenge? Al Futtaim Toyota is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team in Sharjah. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our sales operations and driving success in our designated portfolio.

Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
  • Set individual sales targets with sales team.
  • Delegate responsibility for customer accounts to sales personnel.
  • Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople.
  • Monitor the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Ensure sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly & consistently.
  • Liaise with supporting functionalities to ensure achievement of sales objectives.
  • Evaluate performance of sales staff.
  • Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue.
  • Analyse data to identify sales opportunities.
  • Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts.
  • Manage & control debtor & stock days within budget days.

Required skills to be successful

  • Minimum 3 years of Sales Manager experience in the automotive
  • Experienced in managing the sales operations on a day-to-day basis
  • Experienced in managing a team
  • Excellent MS Office skills and SAP knowledge is an added advantage
